Prior to that, he worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) at Prime University, Dhaka, contributing to curriculum development and student mentorship.

Dr. Raza holds both his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh.
